The Wyoming Responsible Serving Course is an approved Alcohol Server Training Program by the Department of Revenue Liquor Division. Server certification is mandated by municipal ordinance in Cheyenne, Torrington and Douglas and strongly encouraged in the remainder of the state.

The PSCC TX Responsible Serving Course has been approved by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and fulfills the certification requirement for alcohol servers and bartenders. Upon successful completion of the course, certified students are uploaded to the state database and sent a wallet card.
